Salty Shamrock‘s Celtic Fest 2025 is set to bring an unforgettable St. Patrick’s Day celebration to Apollo Beach, featuring four days of live music, traditional Irish food, and festive entertainment. Running from Friday, 14 March, to Monday, 17 March, this lively festival will showcase 10 incredible bands, including a special performance from an Irish group straight from the Emerald Isle.
Now in its ninth year, Salty Shamrock is pulling out all the stops to make this festival its biggest and best yet. Attendees can enjoy authentic Irish food, festive drinks, and live entertainment, all while soaking up the electric St. Paddy’s Day atmosphere.
Live Music Lineup
The festival will feature a stellar lineup of live performances, including both local talent and international acts:
- Friday, 14 March: Kicking off the festival is Stormbringer, setting the stage for an exciting weekend.
- Saturday, 15 March: Mrs. Red Band and The Fulcos take over, delivering high-energy performances.
- Sunday, 16 March: Expect incredible music from SMAKK and Chas Collins, plus the thrilling sounds of Blue Skye Pipes and Drums.
- Monday, 17 March (St. Patrick’s Day): The Nightbreakers and Crossfire Creek will entertain the crowd, while the Irish Ramblers, an authentic band from Ireland, headline the grand finale.
Adding a traditional Celtic touch, Blue Skye Pipes and Drums will perform on both Sunday and Monday, ensuring a true Irish festival experience.
Irish Food, Drinks, and Festive Fun
No St. Patrick’s Day celebration is complete without delicious food and drinks. The Salty Shamrock’s Celtic Fest 2025 will serve up Irish favourites, including:
- Corned beef and cabbage
- Shepherd’s pie

- Reuben sandwiches
